Online Return Policy


To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@myamira.com.auTo be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Full priced items can be returned in exchange for online store credit.  If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions and the return address.

Non returnable items include: Intimates, bodysuits, sale or discounted items, secret deals, swimwear, scarf and beanie items, sunglasses, beauty products, watches and jewellery. 

You, the buyer, will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Purchasing our products means you have accepted our terms and conditions. You have also accepted the possibility of a slight variation in colour, sizing or specifications. Colours may appear slightly different due to individual monitor settings.

AUSTRALIA RETURN PROCESS

Please send your return item(s) within 14 days of receiving them 

You will need to cover the cost of return postage

If you return after 14 days but before 28 days, the store credit will be deducted by 20% for restocking fees of the returned item(s) (after discount code or voucher code applied)

After 28 days your return will not be accepted

The return policy is applied to all credit cards, paypal and afterpay customers. Afterpay follows our returns guidelines to assist their customers with the payments. If you make a return using Afterpay, MyAmira will issue store credit and you will still be expected to complete your payments with Afterpay.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and no smell of perfume/deodorant, no make up stains or marks.                Please take due care when trying on your items. 

Footwear: must be returned in original condition - unworn, no marks, stains or scuffs. Returns must be made with the original shoe's box without any postage labels placed on the box.

Please note if you damage a garment after wearing it such as a button falling off, zipper breaks due to wear and tear, seams snap due to over stretching, we cannot accept garment back for return. 

If you use non-express post within Australia, your parcel may arrive at our office later than the return timeframe. MyAmira has the right to refuse your parcel and it will be sent back to you.

We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty and cannot be replaced. Postage on faulty items will be applied as a credit to your account. 

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or choosing a wrong size.

If the returned item(s) does not meet the above standards, MyAmira has the right to deny.

 

 Pre - Orders

When ordering 'pre-order' items, you must check out and pay for the order separately to the other items you would like to buy. This will allow us to ship your other non pre-order items straight away. Pre-order items will then be sent after the arrival date. Estimated arrival date can be found on our website when you click on the individual items, (under product descriptions). 

 

Online Store Credit 

Any orders made with a credit voucher are not entitled to free shipping unless you have made another $75 purchase on top of the credit voucher.   

You will receive an email with details of your store credit.

You must have / create an account with MyAmira before we can issue you with store credit.

Online store credit is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. Eg, cannot be used with discount codes 'sale25' etc.

Online store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. It will expire after this period and cannot be renewed. 

How to use online store credit:

We will provide you with a voucher code that covers your store credit amount. Log into your account with us and enter the voucher code at the checkout.

 

Gift Vouchers 

Gift vouchers can be purchased from our website and we will send you an email with the gift voucher code.

The gift voucher is valid for one year from the purchase date. 

Online gift vouchers can be used online only.

The gift voucher will be sent to the purchaser's email address. If you would like the voucher to be sent to someone else, please send us an email and provide the recipient's details.

It cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or offers. It can be used for all full priced items and sale items that do not require a code to redeem. 

It cannot be cashed out for monetary value and cannot be refundable due to change of mind.

Please ensure that your order is equal to or more than the value of the actual gift voucher. This does not include the shipping cost, as vouchers do not cover the cost of shipping.

If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter - it is your responsibility to do so and we're afraid we can't be held responsible if the gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect. In addition, we can't take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, and it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.

From time to time, gift vouchers may be caught in spam filters on your email. It is up to the recipient to check these filters. We can't take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to a recipient's email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipients mailbox or any other factor outside of our control.

If you are going to return a product using the gift voucher, this will be made in the same way as the original credit note (such as onto a credit voucher). Please note that only one gift voucher an be used per order, and that gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other any other offer (including but not limited to, sales and other promotions). We do not offer refunds for change of mind on gift vouchers.

In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with a gift voucher purchase or redemption of that voucher on the site, we are entitled to close your account and/or require a different means of payment. 

 

Faulty Items

All of our items are carefully inspected before being sent to our customers to guarantee a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us. 

We are happy to replace, repair or refund in the case of manufacturing fault or other visible faults.

Please note that it can take up to 7 days to process refunds.
